Return & Refund Policy

At Bengal Shoe Machinery Pvt. Ltd., we take pride in delivering high-quality shoe making machines that are thoroughly tested before dispatch. Due to the nature of industrial machinery, returns and refunds are governed by the following terms:
1. No Return Policy on Machinery
All machines supplied by Bengal Shoe Machinery Pvt. Ltd. are non-returnable once dispatched or delivered, as they are industrial-use products and often custom-built or configured as per customer requirements.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before production or dispatch begins.
Any cancellation request must be made in writing and approved by the company.
If production has started, cancellation may not be allowed or may attract cancellation charges.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in cases where the order is cancelled before dispatch and approved by Bengal Shoe Machinery Pvt. Ltd.
Approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges, if any.
Refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after approval.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
All machines are tested and packed securely before dispatch.
In case of transit damage, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs and transport documents.
Transit damage claims are subject to inspection and transporter or insurance terms.
Manufacturing defects, if any, will be addressed under the Warranty Policy, not through returns or refunds.
5. Wrong or Missing Items
If any item or accessory is missing or incorrectly supplied, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for corrective action.
6. Installation & Usage
Refunds will not be provided for:
Issues arising due to improper installation
Incorrect operation
Unauthorized modifications
Electrical fluctuations or site-related problems
7. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with Bengal Shoe Machinery Pvt. Ltd., the customer agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.
